Once scanned, the text can be read aloud with word highlighting and you can access all the other support tools in Read&Write GOLD.
Teacher's Toolkit: The Teacher's Toolkit allows teachers to control which features to add or delete from the Read&Write GOLD toolbar, configure students' settings, monitor the progress of students, collate spelling error logs, and analyse usage patterns. Teachers can also prepare the toolbars with an "Exam" profile which would restrict the functionality of Read&Write GOLD during an exam.
PDF Accessibility Editor: With the easy-to-use PDF Accessibility Editor, you can set and control the reading order of PDF files. Options include setting and controlling the precise reading order (speech output) of text and graphics, creating a custom reading flow, adding correct pronunciation control over specific vocabulary (such as maths equations), creating and reading Alt Texts, and excluding headers/footers from the reading order.
