Policy Cover
PAM Wellness will provide you with insurance cover for the duration of your course as specified by your assessor. PAM Wellness use Specialty Risks Limited (SRL) as its insurance provider. SRL is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority registration no. 771865. Specialty Risks is registered in England and Wales no. 6751834.

Your insurance will cover you for the equipment supplied to you and declared to Specialty Risks and includes the following benefits:
- Accidental damage, Fire Damage, Flood Damage, Damage Caused on Purpose[JM3] and Theft. (Note: policy will not cover loss from an unlocked/unsecured property or vehicle )
- Full reinstatement of all hardware and software to the standard originally supplied
- No limit on the number of claims you can make
- No excess if you make a claim
Like most insurance there are some things that cannot be covered. We have summarized these below.
- Normal wear and Tear
- Cosmetic Damage (scratches, chips, etc.)
- Equipment that is:
- Lost or misplaced equipment
- Stolen if you leave it unattended
- Stolen if you
- Stolen if you leave it in an unattended motor vehicle between 22:00 and 06:00
- Suffers a mechanical or electrical breakdown.
- Damage to equipment that is not suitably stored or packed
- Damage to , or theft of equipment on loan to someone else.

Making an Insurance Claim
If you would like to make a claim for accidental damage or theft you can do so:

You can call Specialty Risks on 0330 100 0712 (cost of local rate call or mobile minutes) during our office hours which are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays
